Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- If the seller or provider fails to resolve the issue, submit a refund request to our support team at refunds@bitrofy.com.
- Provide Evidence:
- Include details of the purchase, transaction ID, and any relevant proof (e.g., screenshots, communication logs) to support your claim.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days once approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Important Notes
- Refunds for disputes between buyers and sellers will be reviewed by Bitrofy, and our decision will be final.
- Bitrofy reserves the right to mediate disputes and take appropriate actions to ensure fairness.
